Rotarian Cliff Korkowski presented information on the Douglas County Car Care program. DCCCP is a faith-based nonprofit that helps individuals and families in Douglas County who are challenged with transportation barriers. DCCCP receives donated cars, makes needed repairs and gives the car to needy families. If they already own a vehicle, but cannot afford repairs, DCCCP will repair that vehicle. DCCCP continues to foster independence by providing car care.
