Rick Paulsen introduced Carl Wittenberg, Sharlene Wittenberg and Kim from the National Turkey Federaton. Minnesota is #1 in turkey production. In addition to serving on the NTF board Carl and Charlene own a turkey farm near Wyndmere, ND. Butterball, Jenny O and Cargill are the top three processors. Mexico, China and Canada–the top three exporters. Sharlene also shared jalepeno turkey meatballs. Tasty!
