Tom Ellison, Jefferson High School Wrestling Coach was our speaker at the January 16th meeting. Tom is a 1979 graduate of Jefferson High School and came to Alexandria as head coach of our wrestling program in 2001. JHS Wrestling squad has 38 students and 36 are members of the “DIAL” program – Desire, Intensity, Attitude and Leadership. Students First and Athletes Second!!
Alexandria is 5-1 against conference opponents so far this year and hope to have five or six wrestlers attend the state championship.
